Continuent Announces New Hires

We are proud to announce the recent addition of three new team members: 

Ronald Bradford, Senior Engineer, has 24 years of professional RDBMS experience covering Ingres, Oracle and MySQL. His primary focus is with architecture, performance, scalability and business continuity of traditional and cloud-based deployments. Ronald is the author of 4 books on MySQL, a MySQL Community Award recipient, an Oracle ACE Director, and the all-time top MySQL blogger. His profile can be found at ronaldbradford.com. Ronald is based in New York, NY.


Ludovic Launer, Senior Engineer, has 14 years of experience in software architecture, conception and development. Prior to Continuent, Ludovic has worked for the UK Medical Research Council, and consulting firms. He was responsible for the design and development of information systems, native and web based applications in a broad range of technologies. Ludovic is based in Grenoble, France.


Robert Noyes, Director of Sales USA, has 25 years of enterprise sales experience to Fortune 500 and is responsible for Continuent clients in North America. He has expertise in database performance, scalability and availability and performance storage hardware including flash technology. Prior to Continuent, he held various sales positions at Violin Memory, Solid Data, x/Open (The Open Group) and Hewlett-Packard. Robert is based in San Jose, CA.
